How do I book my date?

Contact us to see if your date is available. We'll respond within 2 business days to confirm availability. To secure your date, we require a 50% deposit and signed terms and conditions. Once received, we'll send you an email confirmation of your booking. Unfortunately, we can't hold a date for you without  a deposit and signed T&Cs .   

How do I pay the deposit?

We use Stripe for our online payment processing. Once we've determined an available date and you've agreed to book, we'll email you an invoice to make your deposit online using any major credit card.    

How much space do the A-frame tents need?

Each tent and mattress require approximately a 4-foot wide by 6-foot long space. If you're not sure if you have enough space, feel free to contact us. Our space guru is happy to review room measurements or pictures prior to your date to ensure that the setup is as seamless as possible.

How much space does the bell tent need?

Our bell tents require a flat 18-20 foot diameter for ground staking. We do not setup our bell tents on concrete at this time. Feel free to contact us about space requirements if you are unsure. We've got a space specialist on our team that has been able to MacGyver some pretty tight spaces to ensure that the party still goes on. *Setting up on small spaces may require extra time and an additional fee.

What is the size of the bell tent?

Our bell tents are an expansive 16.5 feet in diameter. They have a super spacious interior that reaches 9-feet-10 inches high at the center with a 5-foot 9-inch entrance height.

How many people fit in the bell tent?

 Our bell tents can fit up to 7 mattresses for glamping experiences to maintain an aesthetically pleasing look. For lounge experiences, 10-12 people on average can comfortably be seated.

Is the bell tent waterproof?

Our bell tents are made from high quality 100% cotton canvas, which makes them waterproof, breathable, and sustainable. We regret that this doesn't mean that we'll setup in the rain.

What do I need to do to get the space ready?

For indoor setups, please make sure that the area is free of furniture and other objects that may hinder the setup space. Having to move furniture will increase the setup time and our back pain.  For bell tent setups, please make sure the area is clear of debris (it really sucks stepping in dog poo!).


How long does it take to setup?

If this space is clear and ready, it will take approximately 1-2 hours to setup our A-frame tents. Setups that involve stairs may require extra time and an additional fee. Our bell tent setups take about 2-3 hours, depending on the ease of access to the space. Setting up on small spaces or having to carry items long distances  may require extra time and an additional fee.

What time do you setup?

One week before your event, we will be in contact with you to verify your event details and to schedule a delivery/setup time. We will provide a 1-hour window timeframe for setup assuring that your experience is perfectly styled in plenty of time before your event.

What happens the day of?

We'll arrive during the designated arrival window, and first assess the space. We'll discuss the setup footprint with you and then get to work crafting an amazing experience for you.



Is there a delivery fee?

For most locations within San Diego county, there is a $75 delivery/pickup fee. Some locations may require an extra fee, which will be disclosed before booking.


   

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your event will receive a total refund of your deposit. If you need to reschedule your event, we will work with you to make that happen.

What happens if it rains?

We are lucky to live in Southern California with such temperate weather. However, the occasional rain makes it difficult for us to create an exceptional bell tent experience that meets our high standards. Therefore, if it is forecasted to rain on the day of your event, we will work with you reschedule.

How are items cleaned?

All bedding is washed using hypoallergenic detergent after each event. Mattresses, decorative pillows, rugs, trays, and lanterns are disinfected and sanitized as well.
